Service Description
A 4-week, no-equipment-needed series for expecting mothers. Based in Developmental Kinesiology, this class focuses on core stability, hip and pelvic mobility, functional strength, and breath work to prepare your body for labor and recovery. All fitness levels welcome! Course Goals: -Establish foundational breath work for pregnancy & beyond -Develop pregnancy-appropriate strength, which can boost mood, reduce pain, and support labor! -Help regulate the nervous system with integrated movements -Prevent leakage & support your pelvic floor -Learn positions & movements that can help ease labor -Reduce back, hip, and joint pain -Build strength for daily mom life -Build community with other local mamas! Service Description At-home gym services include private personal training, semi-private training, and small group classes held at the Motherload Fitness home facility. Sessions are led by Dr. Jen Kabbas-May, BirthFit Certified Coach and NCSF Strength Coach, and may be tailored for general fitness, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, or specific goals. Payment & Registration Full payment is required at booking to secure your session or package. Prices vary by service and package selection. Payment is non-refundable except as noted below. Spaces are limited and filled on a first-paid basis. Attendance & Cancellations Sessions and classes are booked for specific dates/times. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled based on availability. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are forfeited. Missed sessions are non-refundable and cannot be credited to future bookings. Packages & Expiration Multi-session packages must be used within the stated expiration period. Unused sessions after expiration are forfeited. Health & Medical Clearance All participants must confirm they have medical clearance to exercise, especially if pregnant, postpartum, recovering from injury, or managing a medical condition. Clients must notify the instructor of any health changes before training. Liability Waiver Participation in physical exercise involves inherent risks including but not limited to injury, strain, or aggravation of existing conditions. By booking, you assume all risks and release Motherload Fitness LLC, its instructors, staff, and affiliates from any and all claims related to your participation. Affidavit of Truth You affirm that all information provided is true and complete. You agree to inform the instructor of any changes to your health or training status immediately. Facility Policy The at-home gym is a private training space. Clients must respect all equipment and facility rules. Children are welcome only if agreed upon in advance and must be supervised at all times. Motherload Fitness is not responsible for children during sessions. Media Release (Optional) By attending, you grant permission for photos/videos to be used for marketing unless you opt out in writing prior to your session. Illness Policy Do not attend if sick, symptomatic, or advised to quarantine. No refunds will be issued for illness; rescheduling may be offered at the instructor’s discretion.
